Changsung Softgel presented demonstration for Capsule inspection machine (VIM-100) to domestic customers on 2021.07.02(Fri) and 2021.07.06(Tue).
The capsules are scanned nine times by camera during rotating 360°, and various defection of capsule such as appearance, size, bubbles, foreign matter, discoloration, and damage can be accurately inspected by Algorithm method scanning.
Capsule inspection machine (VIM-100) is not required any spare part regarding capsule size and shape, so customer can bring their product and check the performance without any preparation works. Also VIM-100 can be operated through a touchscreen, allows various capsule size input by manufacturer through easy operation.
Customers who invited demonstration were satisfied with the performance of VIM-100 by putting the defected capsules brought from customers into VIM-100 and VIM-100 was inspecting and sorting out defective capsules.
